Mana P2P crash #73

Hi I host a server of the modpack ATM9 - version 3.0 / AppliedBotanics version: Applied-Botanics-forge-1.5.0.jar Recently a player somehow made the server enter a crash-loop, due to a mana p2p. This is how he explained the problem + video.

"Apparently the game (server) crashes when using mana p2p on a terrestrial agglomeration plate with a spark and the p2p input is close enough for sparks to connect with each other" https://streamable.com/sqtcxz

Botania was clearly not meant to be treated as a tech mod :sweat_smile:. Could see if this build fixes the issue (and also doesn't dupe mana)
