PluginDetect.js incompatible with IE11 #182

The PluginDetect.js that ships with qz-print is outdated and should be updated 
to the latest version.

Our company is having the same issue with IE11, cann't print the thermal label. 
Do you have ETA when PluginDetect.js will be updated?

To get the latest version:
  1. http://www.pinlady.net/PluginDetect/download/
  2. Clicked "Java"
  3. Scrolled to bottom and clicked "Create Script"
  4. Clicked "Save" button.

At the time of posting this, version 0.8.6 is available (0.7.7 is currently 
bundled).

At the moment, we haven't chosen recommended Java detection method.  The 
candidates are:

1. deployJava.js (Oracle)
2. applet-fu.js (3rd Party)
3. PluginDetect.js (Pinlady)

They all seem to have some drawbacks and compatibility issues, so we will 
likely decide on a modified version that works best with qz-print.
