Document that all links are now disabled in <description> #409

Gentlemen, I have determined that in
    <Folder><description>...
1. The rendered <description> is truncated at 80 characters
2. No text will produce links, no matter CDATA or not, despite what it
   says at http://code.google.com/apis/kml/documentation/kmlreference.html#description

Please update the documentation to reflect the new reality.

Tests prove that of these three,
      <description>現場聯絡人涂xx 0916-xxxx10。申請人積丹尼 04-25854780, 0963-114343</description>

oddly it is the middle one that produces the most rendered text!

So say "keep it under 80 characters, no matter what, to be safe!".
