Continuous Delivery with Fleet not experimental anymore #541

Summary: Rancher documentation has Continous Delivery still as experimental at: https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/how-to-guides/advanced-user-guides/enable-experimental-features/continuous-delivery

The "experimental" term appears in a couple of places. @btat Do you think we should update from "Enable Experimental Features" to "Enable Optional Features"? This would mean updating the sidebar, some page titles, and maybe the path (since the page is listed within ./enable-experimental-features/).

It should also be noted that the Rancher UI has a banner that warns,

Features that are off by default should be considered experimental functionality.

Which isn't entirely true. Some flags are experimental, others are merely opt-in.

Let's hold off on that broader change for now. Let's discuss on the next team call on how we want to handle situations like this.
