IFRAME ISSUE in ISCROLL, iframe donot let the page to scroll #64

Hello all,
i am facing a different kind of issue and please help me.
I am using IFRAME for FACEBOOK RECOMENDATION on
http://dev.zapbuild.com/checkpointdeals/popular
and this do not let me use the scroll
is there any way to click in the IFRAME and to get this scroll.
PLEASE HELP
Clicking on the outer green background let me scroll properly,
