COLLADA Parsing Improvements

• Updates the compiler to the latest nightly.
• Changes parse-collada to use a super cool new macro that generates the parsing code based on a definition of each element's structure.
• Implements COLLADA parsing for the elements that were previously spitting out warnings in the current game.

This PR marks the start of the policy that merging a branch into master means bumping the version number of any updated libraries.
