LICENSE and docs cleanup #29

README is still too long. Let's focus highlighting what this repo enables.
I imagine that you could reduce the length by 50%

I think we need most of this data somewhere here. @anfeng - Would it make sense to perhaps at the top of the README highlight that this repo has the 3 examples for XGBoost and perhaps put some details about those. Then have a links to other docs for building it, preparing the datasets, and another link for running it (which would be our links for standalone/yarn/etc), and perhaps one for generic XGBoost arguments
