Installing games in XCI format via MTP results in corrupted installations #393

Games I tried so far that resulted in corrupted installations: Farmagia and Dragon Quest III HD-2D.

Specifications: FW 19.0.0 AMS 1.8.0 Latest sigpatches

Update: The issue is likely caused by the latest version of sigpatches, said to be broken in FW 19.0.X right now. Meanwhile, sys-patch could circumvent that.

The latest and most stable version is 658. Yesterday I tried 731 and many games were installed with errors. Maybe it's on purpose and the author is sabotaging his project... I'm staying on 658... FW 19.0.1 AMS 1.8.0 Latest SP 154

I heard sigpatches is broken in FW 19.0.X right now and the only thing that make games work properly is sys-patch. I was eventually able to fix the issue by using the latest version of Stethix's HATS. Basically, it is not DBI that is at fault, but the kernel changes with the latest firmware update. Even SciresM seems to be having a tough time updating Atmosphere because of those changes, but I am only speculating. But yes, I would recommend using version 658 of DBI in the meantime, as it what worked for me still and is the official latest non-Russian release.
