JamesH65 commented 5 years ago

So, this is simply a build of our kernel tree from the RT branch? TBH, we have that branch just to allow contributors to build with RT extensions, and its supported by those contributors. We don't support it as such.

guysoft commented 5 years ago

Ok, is there a method to report to these contributors the issue? We should have a way to track issues in the RT branch.

My distro up to the last build maintained a set of patches, the devel branch recently moved to work against the RT branch.

pelwell commented 5 years ago

This is good a place as any to report RT issues, but it is good to mark them as RT (which you have done) and to be patient - @TiejunChen is maintaining the branch, but only in his spare time.

TiejunChina commented 5 years ago

@pelwell @guysoft My account is @TiejunChina ;-) So I really have not received any notification. But back here, I cannot reproduce this on my pi3 B. Have you modified something right there? The following is my output,

@TiejunChina That is not the same kernel, that is why I provided the kernel I am using. Can you please provide what commit you are building against so I can compare here and see if it makes any difference?

TiejunChina commented 5 years ago
