Can't download update #715

The program isn't at fault. It is just that the latest update fails to 
download. It goes so far then stops - every time. I tis stuck in the update 
download list and I can't get rid of that either. This app and "smart 
converter" are the only ones.  Everything else downloads OK.

Why?

iMac running OSX 10.8.5

I have just downloaded your full app so perhaps a re-install?

Yeah, others have reported this too but I have no idea why it would happen. 
It's obviously an App Store bug, since I have no control over that part of the 
process, but I'm not sure what is going on. You should probably tell Apple, at 
least.

Hi,
I updated to OSX 9 (Mavericks) and the updates downloaded and the list cleared! 
So OK now.
