[FE] [Specialization] Active button "Schedule" without selecting times #966

Bug Summary: Active button "Schedule" without selecting times.

Precondition: User was previously registered. Specialization filled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to URL.
  2. Log in.
  3. Press the profile button on the top panel.
  4. In the drop-down menu, select the ""Specialization"" tab.
  5. In the window “Schedule an interview” click “Become an interviewer" or "Schedule an interview”.
  6. Don't choose a comfortable time.
  7. Click “Schedule”.

Expected result: The button "Schedule" should not be active and cannot be pressed.

Actual result: The button "Schedule" is active and can be pressed.

Envinroment: Browser: Chrome 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)) OS: Windows 10

Тут проблема тільки в кнопці, з беком все ок так як запит без таймслотів падає в 500 помилку Тому по цій задачі треба тільки заблокувати кнопку якщо не вибрані слоти

Скрін помилки з серверу - це норм так і повинно бути Image
