Add CLI and Docker support #17

Add Table of contests. Add documentations for Docker usage. Add Docker support. Add CLI support.

I updated Makefile up. It should work properly now. Pay attention, that before you try to run code within Docker, make sure, that you created a file with scheme.json file in the root directory
