Separate location for Vidoo/Music playlists

The ability to set a separate folder location for Video, Music & Picture playlists from within config.xml this so Video, Music & Picture playlists are saved into separate locations. New/changed tagges should be added:

e:\apps\xbmp\picture- playlists e:\apps\xbmp\music- playlists e:\apps\xbmp\video-playlists Migrated-From: http://trac.kodi.tv/ticket/18
