TODO:

Update the init part according to the yaml policy file.
Update the _computeCcdExposureId part.
Remove irrelevant parts.

The filter list in init is from SDSS for now. The CcdExposureId is calculated with 'source', 'visit', 'ccd' with 2, 9, 4 digits respectively. Removed defects, _getCcdKeyVal, standardDetrend, computeStackExposureId, std_bias/dark/flat/fringe.
