I added an additional UTF-8 test to HuskyCoderFactoryTest which makes sense to me. If there's no more to be done here, I will merge it.

But I note that we still have no coverage for lines 290-296

I adjust a little to cover that part. 𐍈 is a special character which will be encoded as F0 90 8D 88 in UTF-8.
