man page for mupen64plus

I agree this would be very nice and Unix-friendly.  Does anyone on the project 
know
how to make a man page?  I've never done it.

I didn't know, but now I do thanks to google. :-) I wrote up a man page and 
committed
it to svn (revision 72).
