Language, Info and theme selector are blank #653

Describe the bug
i want to change a language but on dropbox content missing also themes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open WNW11
  2. Click on 'Settings'
  3. See a error

Info is currently blank until 2.5.0.0 which will be a bit Themes will be empty if you have no themes downloaded For language being empty:

Can you delete the WhyNotWin11 folder in %localappdata% then relaunch the app?

image also doesnt fixes it after removing it
