Added debian package configuration of xenomai (stable/v3.0.x) as bela need this stable/v3.0.x version while building images.

Rename this xenomai to xenomai-3.0 or something similar

Nak start over, rename all debian "files" with 3.0 and don't include the xenomai "source"..
