Please could we allow ESN referral and input dates to be before the first assessment date? These still need to be after the DOB though.
Apologies I missed this in #940. The other permissions look okay for now, including neurologist and surgery referral's being after first assessment, but we may need to update as we get more feedback.
To note, that CYP with ESN input dates before the first assessment should still pass the KPI. The same goes for the consultant and MRI KPIS.
