offer to select section if file is more than 2 wavetables long. #36

part of #33 if the source file is longer than two wavetables, offer to take a selection to work on before starting.

changed to time=5.5 seconds as more user friendly still two wavetables long, but because working on upsampled file instead of source, all the times are the same.
