While trying out some stuff, @tpluscode mentioned RunKit, see for example this. Tomasz is using this for the documentation of alcaeus, in combination with GitBook.
This might replace the files in this repository and in general make the documentation more browsable in my opinion.
What do others think about moving it to either RunKit alone or a combination of RunKit & GitBook?
