Everyone knows how fun it is to work for a startup. However, sometimes it can be challenging. You're the (only) responsible for your own success and in this talk I'm gonna show the easy and the challenging sides of it. Is it frustrating? Not at all!!

Description of the Talk
What are the advantages of working for a startup in comparison to a big corporation? What about the disadvantages? In this talk I'm gonna show everyone the both sides of working for a startup, focusing on how to overcome what we call "Iceberg challenges" by showing how I built a calendar component similar to Google Calendar all from scratch.

@xicovarisco Hey San Fran! Sounds like a fantastic topic (I'm biased since we've been building a Calendar at Rex... so I understand how it can be a huge undertaking haha).

It's short notice but was wondering if you'd be able to do this talk this coming Monday? We lost a speaker last minute so we're scrambling a bit last minute.
