Detailed description The bug report describes an issue appear while creation a new user and click on the save button but there is no message appear that tell us saved successfully. Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to this URLhttps://10.147.17.29:449/

  1. login to the website
  2. Go to Users page and click on new user
  3. click save button Expected Result After creation a new user and click save button, appear a message tell us the save done or saved successfully. Actual Result After click save button, not appear any message and just go to the list page. Screenshots/Recordings Attached at end of file Bug Severity Medium Bug Severity Information "I have identified a bug where creating a new user and clicking the save button does not display a success message. I have assessed its severity as medium because it could impact user experience with the software. Therefore, I recommend implementing a confirmation message upon successful save, as users may otherwise be uncertain whether their action was successful or not. This enhancement would provide clear feedback to users and improve their confidence in the system's operations."
