The potential rights section is not complete #11

In the potential right section on the License Document spec, no mention referring to the print and copy keys, which have Int value and not date.

Potential rights, in the Status Document, contain only the maximal date of renewal of a license. Copy and Print rights can't be "extended" by user request..
