Marketing: page with testimonials #131

I don't know if we are creating a page where we can include testimonials or not. In case we do this, I'm using we can use this issue to collect them here.

Note that we have to ask them for permission before publishing on our site.

A block like this would likely live on the homepage. We'd want a fairly strong testimonial, preferably from a user that is familiar with Read the Docs.

ReadTheDocs is a solid documentation hosting platform that is used all over the place and has some nice features on top of being FOSS software and free-to-use.

The documentation is now easier to navigate, thanks to a new top navigation bar and a search-as-you-type modal courtesy of @readthedocs@fosstodon.org. Snappy docs are happy docs!
