First animation batch for release.

119 animations per avatar, retargeted to Male and Female RPM armatures.

Split into the following Categories/Tags:

Total: 238 anims FBX files and GIF previews

Readme.md files included to show preview GIFS in each tag/category subfolder folder.

TODO

Main readme to be updated to include link to tutorial docs when SDK Team have created.

Main readme to be reviewed/updated by Marketing as required.

Added you both to this PR to keep you up to date on progress... I will squash and merge once we are happy the readme files and data is all good before we make the repo public.
