Dear Interproscan-5.4-47.0 developers

I downloaded “Interproscan-5.4-47.0” (64 bit distribution) and its checksum
give OK message.Unfortunately,to verify if Interproscan-5.4-47.0 software is
installed correctly or not, I run interproscan.sh with no arguments I got error
message below;

vahap@bio[Interproscan-5.4-47.0] sh interproscan.sh
interproscan.sh: 17: interproscan.sh: [[: not found
interproscan.sh: 29: interproscan.sh: [[: not found
interproscan.sh: 38: interproscan.sh: [[: not found
java is /usr/bin/java: not found

I think that I just need a help to show me how to setup java path in this
script ?

Note: I checked that java is properly installed on my system. (in
/usr/local/bin)

Thank you for your consideration in advance

Hi Vahap,
Try running InterProScan using './interproscan.sh' rather than 'sh
interproscan.sh'.
What is the output of the command 'type -p java'?
What Linux distribution are you running? (i.e., output of command 'uname -a').

Regards,
Gift

Dear Gift,

Thank you very much about your guide, problem is solved when I Try running
InterProScan using './interproscan.sh' rather than 'sh interproscan.sh', it
just works seamlessly.

Best Regards,
Vahap
