Currently the workflow list always shows 5 workflows at a time. We can consider making this user configurable:

[ ] Decide where to store the user preferences
- [ ] temporary setting or persisted (e.g in the database)?
- [ ] per-user or global configuration (e.g. Helm values?)
[ ] Implement the changes
