Rent Collection fee

Hi All

MANAGEMENT_FEE_PERCENTAGE within the property table only provides the fee if the role of the property is set to Managed. What if we want to pull the fee that is set to for Rent Collection?

• Project: Analytics schema
• Add new fields LETTINGS_RENT_COLLECTION_PERCENTAGE and LETTINGS_RENT_COLLECTION_AMOUNT to the PROPERTIES view model that surface the same values as the management fee columns when the agent's role on a property is set to Rent Collection (PRP.Role = 'RC'). Rent collection is a different service to a managed tenancy and so should be reported separately.
• Update documentation with new fields. Follow same wording format as the existing management fee fields

Hi @plittlewood-rpt this is not working Tenancy reference BVL240359 displays the rent collection % but tenancy reference JSS240139 does not and the information is saved in the same please. Please can you take a look. Thanks Lill
