Please could you provide a failing example from SAV if possible?
This may relate to the use of special character etc however we would like to test further to confirm
On occasion, we have noticed that creating a new applicant then trying to find that applicant using the applicants endpoint and passing the email address returns no matches.
Example for SFG data:
In Agency Cloud, multiple applicant records have been created but nothing is returned from the API request. This works 99% of the time, but it happens now and again.
