Introduce CreationTime column for SqlServer DataBus #18

Includes :

Adds [CreationTime] as DateTimeOffset to DataBus schema (including a "migration" script when the table already exists but does not contain this column)
Set it to RebusTime.Now on attachment creation

Rebus is MIT-licensed. The code submitted in this pull request needs to carry the MIT license too. By leaving this text in, I hereby acknowledge that the code submitted in the pull request has the MIT license and can be merged with the Rebus codebase.

Great ! Thanks for the quick merge :) For now we published a forked version including the CreationTime on a Myget feed, we will upgrade to 5.0.0 as soon as it is stable.

I will publish it as a stable release much quicker if you use the prerelease package and verify that things work like they should 😉

That's a good point :) I thought it was a big Rebus 5.0 upgrade with potentially breaking changes but it is only the SqlServer transport, we will upgrade asap !
