Still being maintained #78

Is this project still being maintained? I haven't seen an update in quite some time now.

Hey @trilm208 as stated in #58, rebuy stopped using xamarin abd we are not actively maintaining this project anymore.

I will update the readme to reflect the state of the project. Sorry for the inconvenience.
