testing workflow #301

@garethahealy please advise when we should be good. There is a release that needs to be made in order to resolve a Keycloak bug

@sabre1041 this PR is testing what's on main for my fork of github-workflows-operators (https://github.com/redhat-cop/github-workflows-operators/pull/45), so I know if something is OK to be merged into github-workflows-operators. this repo is already on v1.0.6 which is working fine:

@garethahealy Reason I asked is that this workflow failed and observed the master branch of github-actions repository was removed.

Added this PR to correct. We will need to release a new version of the workflow and propagate it across all repositories. Another approach would be to take the content of the main branch and to also replicate it on the master branch to not block CI actions across the organization
