Support for default value resolvers

Once https://github.com/redhat-developer/quarkus-ls/issues/498 will be implented we must implements other value resolver like https://quarkus.io/guides/qute-reference#collections

We must collect those value resolvers:

• by reading doc at https://quarkus.io/guides/qute-reference
• by reading Qute code at https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/blob/main/independent-projects/qute/core/src/main/java/io/quarkus/qute/ValueResolvers.java

This issue is to declare those default value resolvers in https://github.com/redhat-developer/quarkus-ls/blob/master/qute.ls/com.redhat.qute.ls/src/main/resources/com/redhat/qute/project/datamodel/qute-resolvers.json and writ e tests.
