Replace gitter with spectrum #20

Unified has moved over to Spectrum chat. redot should migrate as well, a few things need to happen to do this:

[x] create a redot room in spectrum
[ ] remove gitter badge
[ ] add spectrum badge

Nice! Also lovely use of labels 😉 Whether something is merged or released is a bit vague, I think, in the case of such a small readme change. I’d just mark it as released, because I don’t feel it’s important enough to cut a release. I’m curious to hear why you opted for merged!

Because the README is included in the package, I opted to wait until the next release to mark as released. I'd be fine as marking as released now, if there's a preference for that.
