Fix the following error deploying RedPen to Heroku.

Coverage remained the same at 91.13% when pulling 5e571d90fb9248c6ae911f553b7b45c5a13400ff on takahi-i:reduce-slug-size into b8846bac54e5167a5dd684f34a0cf2293d22eb81 on redpen-cc:master.
