How will we know if/when they update their script, and then update our copy?
I think i have an idea how to fix this issue in an elegant way :)
Found official npm package for the tracker, so it can be dealt with as every other npm package, no guesswork. :)
I left myself a reminder to check an analytics tomorrow to make sure they're still coming through!
Ill be here to intervene just in case it doesnt :)
In the spirit of performance, self-hosting plausible script should help a little bit.
Because of nature of the feature, there no way to test it locally or in any other domain than production (
data-domain="redwoodjs.com"
), so would be nice to check if it works 100% the same after production deploy.
