Crash when clicking '+' button in jei for certain recipes #3676

Describe the bug

This occurs for certain recipes (noteblocks, crafters) Same issue appears to be happening in https://github.com/refinedmods/refinedstorage/issues/1790 and https://github.com/refinedmods/refinedstorage/issues/38

There might be a fix referred to in the comment below on issue 1790 but I'm not sure how to apply it if there is one.

@Darkere Is this fixed now thanks to the packet splitting?

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Attempt to craft a note block through JEI through the craft grid.

What Minecraft version is this happening on?

Minecraft 1.20.1

What Forge version is this happening on?

Forghe 47.2.23

What Refined Storage version is this happening on?

1.12.4
