Stable modpack randomly starts crashing, points at Refined Storage. #3687

Describe the bug

Crashing any time a player enters a specific chunk (a players base) It's a well developed base with lots of RS.

I know you said not to ask for config features but I think this is because of the player using large quantities of disk drives / disks..... In modpacks with excessive means for energy production, the config gives me no power to limit RS usage.

Also I should mention other players have working RS setups.. Only this one base does this. Crash Report Attached

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

I can't reproduce it, it's a specific instance
