captions shuffle when adding additional image #36

when adding a new picture with caption to a page with page-images, all old captions shuffle?! thus it is impossible to incremental update a page with new images. all captions have to be entered all over again at once.

(refinerycms 1.0.8, refinerycms-page-images 1.0.4)

This seems to happen when a newer version of jQuery is being used, which overrides the customized version of jQuery that Refinery bundles in the gem.

I'm still seeing this on refinerycms 2.0.2 with no custom version of jquery bump

I'm also experiencing this caption shuffle. Has this been fixed yet?

Is this still an issue with the latest version and latest jQuery? I've not seen this issue, personally. Please re-open if this is still affecting.
