Use Accept-Language header to filter all data property/annotation results #43

Some resources such as DBPedia have many values for a given data property with 
different languages.

It would be nice if we could only show the ones appropriate given content 
negotiation on the Accept-Language header in the request.

It should be possible to turn this behaviour on/off
