Stale Index (the one used by about) #14

After upgrading some ssb dep (ssb-backlinks?), names of ids disappeared from the UI. The usual mechanism for detecting the need to rebuild an index failed here. How do we avoid this?

Currently, since only a few users are affected, we told them to remove leveldb files flume/links and flume/backlinks manually.

messagesByType and ssb.about are broken
have to delete flume/links{,2} and backlinks*
