Change log:

a mask based on the dark noise (adus count and variance) is saved in the HDF5 files under 'dark/mask/
analysis order has changed to FRAMES, SAXS, XPCS, STATISTICS, (DARK)
additional input parameters are dumped to the copied setupfile to make the analysis more transparent
