Should recovery truck also salvage wrecks? #122

Should looting with a recovery truck also salvage nearby wrecks? Right now wrecks are usually left unsalvaged as it's so much work for a small gain. What do you think?

Probably a good idea, wreck cleanup is kinda bad currently and wrecks often just stay uncleaned, eating frames.

Wreck salvaging in general could be due for a buff, but I'll make a separate issue for that.
