Adding SQL Dao into development #132

Guys, I am attempting to add the SqlDao & Sql Get into development. Please, review, share your thoughts and do keep in mind that it is not as polished, as I would like it to be.

Thanks for both of your hard work on this. Let's try to get this wrapped and finalized by Friday. That is late, but should give me time to do all I need. Thanks again.

@Arithmomaniac - the things I thumbed-up should be completed. There are just a couple more refactors left out there. Please, review and advice if anything does not look good.
