driver vs solution fixed so it compiles both x86 and x64 also added missing dlls for the driver

changes:

• fixed git ignore so it doesn't track VS trash
• fixed compile options for so both x86 and x64 compile
• added missing driver dlls by 7ep3s#2748 so steamvr can load the driver
• hmd board vid and pid values moved to the driver config
• it now logs board vid and pid on fail

double check if it compiles and works
