Integrate the Messenger Bot with the API's to add the data #7

I think this is a timely need. I have a good background in this area, I'll make the necessary contributions and add a PR ASAP.

We have created the bot currently and waiting for review. and need to connect the endpoints to add the data to the same db. will be adding the backend to https://github.com/SurfEdge/reliefsupports-bot
