Add users with call-center scope #93

users with call-center scope should have different dashboard. it provide them to few requests to follow up. once they login they automatically get all requests with 'critical' label for example, I am still stuck in a roof top please help me.... we don't have food for last 4 days and we have kids and pregnant lady with us....

then call-center user call and get their details. simply check if they already moved to a save place or no one attend on their request yet. If no one attended, call-center user can find either someone already offered a help or if it really critical call emergency numbers and pass their contacts. But he should have a button to tick that he attend that person or group. and comment area need to and more details.another button should be available to to mark we have to follow up them again or not. moreover he should able to change request type/severity.

multiple call center users should able to login concurrently but they should never able to retrieve similar record at the same time. Should able to see it readonly and change the colour to indicate that someone calling this person. No requester or Donner should not get a call at the same time.

This task was groomed with both Nadeera and Shashimal. They will take care of this ticket.

91 will be implementing roles/scopes in order to create this role/scope.

similarly we can create scope "project_lead" to manage volunteer project.
