Update compatibility section in readme

Description of changes

The minimal require VS Code version has been updated to 1.67.0 in package.json.

Also the Node.js runtime compatibility section is no longer relevant, as we use the Node.js runtime bundled with VS Code instead of the user install Node.js runtime.
