Adjust regexp for cm_LU_emi_scen

Purpose of this PR

Emulators for MAgPIE SDP scenario no longer exists. Thus adjusting regexp for cm_LU_emi_scen to remove SDP option. However, note that the new SSP1 emulator is derived based on the MAgPIE scenario SDP-MC|SSP1-POP-GDP which uses SDP-MC specifications together with SSP1 GDP.
